A Sunrise to Remember at Freshwater Beach

There’s something truly magical about a family photo session at sunrise, and the recent session with Georgia, Heather, and Simon at Freshwater Beach was nothing short of breathtaking.

As the first light of day gently rose over the horizon, Freshwater Beach transformed into a canvas of soft golds, blush pinks, and calming blues. It was the perfect setting to capture the warmth and connection of this beautiful family.

Nestled along Sydney’s stunning northern coastline, Freshwater Beach is known for its relaxed atmosphere and sweeping ocean views. At sunrise, it becomes even more special, quiet, untouched, and glowing with natural light that photographers dream about.

Simon and Heather chose this time of day intentionally. Sunrise sessions offer not only the most flattering light but also a sense of calm that allows families to truly be present with one another. And the Simons family embraced every moment.

From the very beginning, the session felt effortless. Georgia and Simon shared quiet smiles. We captured sandy toes, and lots of kisses and cuddles with baby Georgia.
