Norlie & Vaughn’s Elegant Wedding at St Mary’s Cathedral + Hyde Park Magic

Some wedding days just have that extra sparkle, and Norlie & Vaughn’s definitely did. From the breathtaking ceremony at St Mary’s Cathedral to the sweet, light-hearted photos at Hyde Park, their day was full of love, joy, and unforgettable moments.

St Mary’s Cathedral is always a showstopper, but it felt extra special for Norlie & Vaughn. With its stunning architecture, stained glass windows, and that grand aisle, the whole place felt straight out of a fairytale.

Norlie looked absolutely radiant walking down the aisle, you could literally feel the emotion in the room. Vaughn’s smile when he saw her? Let’s just say there wasn’t a dry eye in sight. The ceremony was heartfelt, meaningful, and full of love from start to finish.

After the ceremony, we wandered over to Hyde Park for bridal party photos and couple portraits. As a Sydney wedding photographer, this is one of my absolute favorite places to shoot. With its lush greenery, historic fountains, and wide-open spaces, Hyde Park adds a natural, romantic vibe to any wedding day.

We wandered past the fountains, posed under the fig trees, and captured some real magic. Norlie & Vaughn were so natural together , laughing, holding hands, sneaking kisses in between shots. The city buzzed quietly in the background, but for those moments, it felt like it was just the two of them.

What made this wedding so special wasn’t just the iconic locations, though St Mary’s Cathedral and Hyde Park definitely delivered, it was the couple. Norlie and Vaughn brought so much warmth, love, and connection to every part of the day.
